About Us

Hi! We’re Austin and Jason. We first met in 2018 during business school and became good friends (over a mutual love for Brandon Sanderson novels & mountain hiking). Post-MBA, we built our careers in strategy and university teaching, learning the ropes of scaling high-growth companies and best-in-class teaching practices. Over the years we’ve done hundreds of info interviews with students & friends asking about topics we work in daily (strategy, data storytelling, career acceleration, and the like). During lunch one day, lightning struck us both as we realized that info on these topics is not taught in school, often not taught at work, and was literally not written anywhere. We wanted to make this “unwritten” advice written. So here we are.
